Grade Report: F ----

So I'm terrible at blogging. Point made.

Now -
I haven't run since the first time I did it and now its the rainy season... FAIL!
And last week I couldn't go to trampoline class at all... BIGGER FAIL!

So I'm trying to get back into the swing of things with trampoline again... but I'm not shedding the pounds. Staying pretty stagnant.

BUT... I had an idea. Instead of October Fest why not OCTOBER FAST. Drop out donuts, cookies, frostings, cakes, sodas, and fast foods. That would be nice. :)

I don't know.....

So moral of this story: Fail... again.

3....4...5...6...7...8...NINE!

Day 3 - 9 ... Not really all that I hoped I would be doing after a week later... I see some improvements... Soarness took close to 5/6 days to get over. Thats what happens when you do a 40 minute jogging circuit followed by an hour trampoline AIRobics class. I'm smart I promise.

Second Day - FAIL

So heres the deal...

Body is soar. No excuse.  I know but after the workout followed by AIRobics with Garces it just was not a pretty story.

I hate after school a dinner my dad made chicken, rice, mashed potatoes, and broccoli - pretty heavy on the starch. I had a diet ice tea. And some mixed nuts.

I didn't have time for the running workout and it was HOTTTT. Because I went to the library and had to finish my EE Outline for school. It's almost midnight and I'm just wrapping up all the other loose ends of my life.

I'm thinking about doing a push up/plank circuit but not sure how to do that. I'll ask Soto tomorrow for some input.  I'm thinking about going back to the AIRobics class again tomorrow night and doing my run because it's a Thursday and we'll get out earlier :) Maybe I'll do it on the track while my moms in a meeting... Tempting :) It might be in use though.

So today is a "rest day" I guess. But life happens. I just don't want to fall out of the habit too soon.

During warm up in Advanced - Shimmy Sit Floor which is usually pretty easy for me was difficult towards the end of warm up with my ab muscles as soar as they are. Warm up was faster and more difficult today - still made it through - but I could definitely tell where my soarness was getting in the way. Just have to push through it :)

First Day on the Workout

So here's the story:
I went to Mr. Soto after school today and I wanted to know, "What can/should I do outside of class to be prepared for the physicalness of Advanced Drama?" Don't get me wrong... I've been managing just fine. But I want more than just fine. I want to feel comfortable to do every lift, every throw, every movement 120%. I'm not use to giving any less. So Soto told me to 1. Have running shoes... Not Toms. (Check) 2. Jog for 40 minutes (2 minutes jogging, 1.5 minutes walking, end on a jogging cycle, warm up for 5 minutes and cool down for 5 minutes). 3. Start as soon as possible.

So what did I do? I started today :) And I'm using this blog to chart my feelings/grief/what I ate/etc.

"So here's to the first day, to eating healthy, to working hard"
Video cut me off and left the image on a very unflattering face ;)
